A half day booking includes three hours of race track time, several corporate event banners located in strategic spots at our entrance and on the track, championship trophies for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd in the Grand Prix final race, as well as 1st place for each preceding class final series.  The event consists of practice sessions, and qualifying races, followed by finals races for every classification of racer in groups of 8 to 12, based on their qualifying results.  This ensures that every guest competes in a final, either the overall Grand Prix for top qualifiers, or one of the Formula 2, 3, 4, 5, or 6 class finals. A maximum of 72 racers is recommended for this size event, in order to provide enough time for one practice session, one qualifying race, and a final championship race for each guest.

The full day booking includes six hours of racing fun, generally spaced with a lunch in between sessions.  A maximum of 144 racers is recommended, however arrangements can be made for larger groups by tailoring the racing format.  A full set of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place trophies will be awarded in the Grand Prix final race, as well as 1st place for each preceding class final series.  The event consists of practice sessions, and qualifying races, followed by finals races for every classification of racer in groups of 8 to 12, based on their qualifying results.  This ensures that every guest competes in a final, either the overall Grand Prix for top qualifiers, or one of the Formula 2 to 12 class finals. The full day booking can be tailored in a variety of ways depending on the racing spirit of your guests.  For example, it can be used for 72 racers who will each enjoy two practice and two qualifying sessions, before final races. Additional levels of prizing can be arranged at your discretion.
